Can I put a complete fuel system cleaner in the smart car?

I purchased Prestone Complete Fuel System Cleaner to make the smart run more efficiently. Can I use this in the fortwo smart?
Answer: Camillia... I'm afraid I'm going to have to say I don't really feel comfortable offering an opinion on this one. I'd hate to say go ahead and then learn that something bad happened as a result. I'm just not that knowledgeable about fuel system cleaners.
My advice is to contact your smart dealership and see what they have to say... good luck!
